Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Services Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our Visa Assistance and English Preparation Courses (TOEFL, IELTS) to students and their parents. The Services Sales Representative will play a key role in helping students realize their dreams of studying in the USA by guiding them through our service offerings and ensuring they understand the value and benefits of each service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Actively engage with potential students and their parents to promote and sell Visa Assistance and English Preparation Courses.
- Develop a deep understanding of Globaleep’s service offerings to effectively communicate their value.
- Conduct consultations to assess the needs of students and recommend appropriate services.
- Service Promotion and Education:
- Explain the benefits of Visa Assistance, including crafting statements of purpose, letters of recommendation, and ensuring all necessary documents are admission-ready.
- Highlight how our services guarantee an increased chance of obtaining a student visa and studying in the USA.
- Provide detailed information on English, TOEFL and IELTS Preparation Courses, emphasizing the importance of mastering English skills for college acceptance.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns.
- Sales Goals and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the academic team to stay updated on course offerings and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in educational services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the US college admissions process and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping students succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
