Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our English courses and Bac Americain preparation courses to students and their parents. The Sales Representative will play a key role in helping students realize their dream of studying in the USA by guiding them through our service offerings and ensuring they understand the value of each service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Actively engage with potential students and their parents to promote and sell our English and Bac Americain courses.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Globaleep’s service offerings to effectively communicate their value.
  • Conduct consultations to assess student needs and recommend appropriate services.

Service Promotion and Education:

  • Explain the benefits of our English and Bac Americain preparation courses, emphasizing their importance for academic success.
  • Provide detailed information on how our services can facilitate obtaining a student visa and guarantee admission to prestigious universities in the USA.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns.

Sales Goals and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to stay informed about course offerings and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in educational services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the US college admissions process and visa requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
